Comfortable stay
The food buffet was really good and there was a large variety of food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very nice ambience in the overall feel of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. At 3am in the morning we were leaving for our flight and the pre booked uber got cancelled. The hotel staff on duty that night assisted in arranging transportation from the hotel to the airport. This was a saving grace for us as we didn't want to miss our flight. When we arrived at the hotel, Ashna assisted us very well in accommodating our change and getting us a room as we had an extremely long flight. She continously ensured we were happy with the room and assisted on any other issues experienced. This made our check in a smooth process.
I think from a room perspective, the cleaning standards can be improved on. Nothing major, just more attention to detail. The ladies at the day spa were not exactly friendly and abit abrupt when we were discussing options for the treatment. Also we didn't get to experience the pool , as it was under renovation.
